Absolutely; you can incorporate a mexican company from anywhere in the world but you'll have to be in Mexico at the date fo signing. You can skip the recquirement of being in Mexico at the date of signing by giving our lawyers a Power Of Attorney that has been properly legalized (starting at $11,000 Mexican Pesos + VAT).

All documents should be presented in its original lenguage with its translations to spanish. We can arrange the needed translations for an extraordinary fee (to be determined depending on the lenguage, quantity and complexity of the documents).

Yes, our lawyers will guide you through every step of the  process in English. The official documents will be in Spanish as provided by Law.
